General Policies
How do I pay?
Please mail check to : P.O. Box 598, Goodlettsville, TN 37070-0598 or pay with a credit card when registering online.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due by the first day of class or the first private lesson. We realize the classroom packages may be difficult to pay upfront. Contact us if you might need a little time.
Who is eligible to road test with Ready2Drive?
Any Students that are at least 15 1/2 years old and complete the classroom and behind the wheel training can take the road test with us. Passing the Road Test is not guaranteed.
What is your refund policy?
Course tuition is not refundable however, students may transfer to the next available class.
Driver Ed Services
Do I need a permit?
You do not need a permit to drive with Ready2Drive. For those under 18, the 6 month requirement will not start until you get the permit.
Will I get a certificate of completion for Insurance Discount?
Only students that complete the 30 hours of classroom and driving will receive a certificate of completion.
Are Mount Juliet and Hendersonville classes available on-site?
Yes. All classes are scheduled in-person.
What are the minimum requirements for TN Teen Driver Education
All students under the age 0f 19 must successfully complete 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel.
How old do I have to be to register for Driver's Ed?
Students must be 15 years of age to be eligible for Drivers Education.
If pursuing a Hardship License, a student can attend at the age of 14. We must have the hardship letter on file from the state.
At what age am I eligible to get a TN Instruction Permit?
Students may get a TN Instruction Permit at the age of 15.
